CHG covers all visible defects during a twelve month period from the final inspection and hand over of keys.

During the first 10 years we also cover any defect in the foundations, supporting walls, structural elements and ceilings.

We take out a 10 year insurance policy before even starting any construction. The specialist insurance company employs an engineering company to perform regular technical inspections during the various stages of the construction to supervise all of the building calculations, the quality of the materials used and the care taken in the realisation of the project before providing the final approval.

Bank guarantee

CHG guarantees at all times that your money is at no risk.

This is why when you buy a property which is going to be built, CHG will provide you with a bank guarantee from a well-renowned financial entity for every payment you make of your dream house.

By means of this guarantee the bank commits itself to give you your money back if your property was not finished by CHG on the agreed date. For you this meanspeace of mind right from the first time.

The supply of clean water is guaranteed by “AGUAS DE BULLENT, S.A.”, A CHG Group Company, owner of its own wells.

Ownership guarantee

We guarantee from the signing of the purchase contract and the subsequent deeds which are created, the full and correct inclusion into the Property Register as owner of the new property without any additional cost or issue.
